This diversity, equity, and inclusion training program, designed exclusively for CREW Network, is an exploration of the designed and disguised systemic barriers to belonging that have normalized inequities and exclusionary practices responsible for marginalization and underrepresentation.

This three-part training series will cover topics including:

• What diversity, belonging, equity, and inclusion are, and how they are parts of a greater whole

• Learning about the Ethos and strategic steps to support people in building empathy, actively listening, having difficult conversations, and leaning in with humility

• Understanding the systems of oppression that keep us separated from each other, prevent us from having true belonging, and continue to cause inequities

• Learning about the role we play in an organizational context, and the opportunities there are to dismantle the systems
